Cetti Bay is part of Guam's Seaside Park and consists of thousands of foothills of volcanic origin. The bay was formed under the water during the ancient volcanic eruptions. The slopes of Cetti are covered with pastures, forests, coconut palms and shrouds. The park is part of the National Register of Historic Places of Guam.
